REFUND & CANCELLATION

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you may cancel a service engagement or seek a refund for services purchased through Atrovite Technologies Private Limited ("Atrovite", "we", "us"). Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
1. Cancellations
Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within 7 days of placing a confirmed order or signing a service agreement.
Cancellation requests may not be entertained once work has been formally initiated — including project kickoff, design/development commenced, third-party services procured on your behalf, or hosting environments provisioned. In such cases, charges for work completed up to the cancellation date will apply.

2. Refunds
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis:
- ◆Valid refund scenarios: If work has not been initiated within the agreed timeline due to reasons on our end, or if the delivered output materially deviates from the agreed scope as documented in the project agreement.
- ◆Quality concerns: If you believe deliverables do not meet the agreed specifications, you must notify us in writing within 7 days from the date of service completion or purchase. Our team will review and determine an appropriate resolution — rework, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
- ◆Non-refundable items: Costs for third-party services, domain registrations, licences, API subscriptions, or any out-of-pocket expenses procured specifically for your project are non-refundable.
- ◆Hosting services: For prepaid hosting plans, refunds are available on a pro-rata basis for the unused period, provided the cancellation request is made within 7 days of the billing date. Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund for that billing period.
3. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Disputes
In the event of a dispute regarding a refund or cancellation, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction specified in our Terms & Conditions.
